Who am I…

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I teach yoga and functional fitness classes designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at home in your body.

My approach is supportive, practical, and adaptable—whether you’re just getting started, doing your daily maintenance, or returning to movement.

I’m an A.C.E.-certified personal trainer and 500-hour yoga teacher, with additional training in functional fitness, somatic healing, Pilates, and active aging. My work blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement to support the whole person.

Payment & Donations

My classes are offered on a donation basis.

You’re welcome to contribute what feels right and sustainable for you.

Suggested range:
$10–$25 per class
